Course Outline: This course provides an overview of communication and Internet service, economics and policy. The goal is to cover the history of telecommunications, regulation and competition in telecommunication industry, access/interconnection pricing and international settlements. The Internet economics and the pricing the Internet and information goods and services are also covered.
